Ingredients

2 person
  • 250 gmBoneless chicken
  • 1 1/2 spoongarlic paste
  • 1 spoonginger paste
  • Salt as required
  • 1/2 spoonpepper
  • 1/2lemon juice
  • 2 1/2 spoonTandoori chicken masala
  • 2 spoonCurd
  • 1 spoonChaat masala
  • 1egg
  • 2 spoonCornflour
  • Oil as required
  • as requiredChilli flakes and lettuce

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste,chat masala,tandoori chicken masala, eggs and corn flour.

    Leave it for two to three hours

  3. 3

    Now fry them slowly in hot oil. Serve on top of lettuce leaves and garnish with Chilli flakes
