Ingredients

  1. 1leftover chapatti
  2. 1/2 cupmilk
  3. 1egg
  4. Pinchcumin seeds
  5. 1 tbspgrated cheese
  6. to tasteSalt and pepper
  7. 2finely chopped green chilli
  8. Oil for cooking

Steps

  1. 1

    Crush roti into pieces then soak in milk

  2. 2

    Beat well egg add all the ingredients except oil

  3. 3

    Heat the pan add oil

  4. 4

    Spread the batter evenly.

  5. 5

    Cover the pan with lid cook on medium flame for a minute then flip and cook for a few minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve with tomato ketchup.
