Refreshing and cute. The pink color comes naturally from the flowers.
Steps

Combine sugar and water. Stir for a while until the sugar dissolves.

Add the torch ginger flowers to water (in a pan) and use medium heat, stirring occasionally until the mixture boils.

After boiling, lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Let cool before draining and storing. Add a bit of water and ice to the syrup. Enjoy!
