  • 400grm boiled potaroes
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1 tbspwhite sesame paste
  • 1.5 tbspcashew-raisins paste
  • 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

  1. 1

    Heat oil and fry the Potatoes adding salt

  2. 2

    Add green chillies and ginger saute well

  3. 3

    Add tne cashew-raisins paste and saute well adding sugar

  4. 4

    Add sesame seeds paste and mix

  5. 5

    Serve it with puri or paratha
