Cook plain rice and put aside

Put little oil in Sufuria or pan and let it heat

Add potatoes that are cut it's thin slides. Shallow fry on low heat to also encourage them to cook smooth and crunchy

Place paper towels on a plate and put the potatoes and salt them immediately

Fry onions on very little oil then add tomatoes to make a paste

Add rice and tomatoes then mix under low heat

Serve while hot an enjoy
