Ingredients

5 hours
2 servings
  1. 1 cupsabudana
  2. 2boiled potatoes
  3. 1/2 tea spoonrock salt
  4. 1/2 tea spoonblack pepper
  5. 1/4 tea spoonroasted cumin seeds
  6. 100 mlghee for frying
  7. For stuffing
  8. 1/2 cupmashed or grated paneer
  9. 1/4 tea spoonrock salt
  10. 1/4 tea spoonblack pepper

Steps

5 hours
  1. 1

    Take 1 cup sabudana
    Wash and soak for 30 minutes

  2. 2

    Now strain it.
    Keep it in strainer for 4 hours.

  3. 3

    Take 2 boiled potatoes.
    Mash and mix sabudana.

  4. 4

    Add rock salt, black pepper..

  5. 5

    Take stuffing items.
    Mix well.

  6. 6

    Now take small balls and fill with stuffing and give round shape.

  7. 7

    Heat ghee in wok and dip fry it.

  8. 8

    Serve hot with curd, green coriander chutney.
