Knead paneer, potatoes, chopped green chilies, cumin, salt, cornflour, White pepper, nutmeg, mango powder into a dough.

Make medium size balls and stuff the balls with and raisin.

Coat the ball with bread crumbs and cornflour and deep-fry until golden brown. Keep aside and prepare gravy.

Take kadai, heat oil and put bay leaf, whole garam masala and crackle. Then add ginger garlic paste along with chopped green chilies and saute for few mins. Add onion paste and salt and saute till oil starts to separate.

Now make paste of melon seeds and cashew and cook further. Add white pepper, coriander powder, chill powder and sprinkle nutmeg.

Cook for 5-8mins then add butter, cream, salt (if required). Mix everything well and switch off the gas.

Add the balls into the gravy garnish with coriander leaves. Eat this with rice or Roti.
