First wash the rice then soaked rice for 10-15 min

After that take cooker or pan then heat the oil after that add cumin seed after that add bay leaves, green cardoman, black pepper, cloves saute for 10 sec

Then add chopped carrot and green peas saute for 1 min

After that add 500 ml water boil it then add soaked rice, salt then cover with lid for 8-10 min in low to medium flame

Pulao is ready to serve

Serve with any gravy

You can add roasted dry fruit like Cashew (optional)
