Ingredients

  1. 1coconut deshelled and cut into small pieces
  2. leavesfew curry
  3. 1green chilli
  4. 1whole red chilli
  5. To tastesalt
  6. As neededwater
  7. 1 tspmustard seeds
  8. As required oil for tadka

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind coconut,green chilli and salt in a jar.

  2. 2

    Take a laddle add oil add curry leaves,whole red chilli,mustard seeds.Let it crackle and add the tadka to coconut paste.

  3. 3

    Your coconut chutney is ready to be served with idli or dosas.
