Ingredients

  1. 2 pcssalad leaf chopped
  2. 1 pccumcumber chopped
  3. I pc tomato chopped
  4. 1 pccarrot chopped
  5. 1 capsicum chopped
  6. I cup corn boiled
  7. 1 tspchopped green chillies
  8. For juice:
  9. 1 tbspolive oil
  10. 1 tbspcoriander leaves chopped
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 1 tspcumin powder
  13. 1 tspgarlic chopped
  14. 2 tbsplemon juice
  15. 1 tbspfresh mint chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl put the chopped salad leaves, cucumber, tomato,green chilli, capsicum and carrot. Then put 1 cup of boiled corn into it.

  2. 2

    Take a glass put olive oil into it.Then chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves.Then finely chopped garlic.Put salt and cumin powder into it.Then 2tbsp of lemon juice.Beat the juice into the glass with the spoon

  3. 3

    Now in the salad bowl put the juice u made.Mix all together. Serve fresh and healthy salad.
