Ingredients

  • 1 cupmargarine
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • 1egg
  • 1/2 teaspoonvanilla extract
  • 21/2 cupsall purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1 pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre heat the oven at 180. Cream butter and sugar until light n fluffy. Beat an egg and vanilla extract

    Sieve the flour, baking powder and salt. Add this to the creamed mixture n knead

    Roll out the dough n cut them using cookie cutter

  4. 4

    Arrange them in a baking sheet n bake for approximately 10 minutes

  5. 5

    When ready remove n serve with beverage of choice
