Makes two loaves of white bread

Add yeast into warm water, stir, then let sit for 5 minutes.

Mix with salt, sugar, and oil.

Add 1 cup of flour at a time, continously stirring.

Flour counter and dough. Knead the dough for a few minutes until firm and not very sticky. Spray a big bowl with cooking spray, or just oil it. Add your ball of dough into the bowl, plastic wrap it, and let it sit for an hour.

After the hour is up, dump dough out onto floured counter again, cut in half, roll each lump of dough out to about 1 foot by 1 foot, then roll it up, pinch ends, and fold under. Put both dough lumps into sprayed bread pans. Let with with towel over bread pans for 20 minutes.

Remove towel, put bread pans in 350 degree preheated oven for 30 minutes, then check and if ready, pull them out and put them onto cooking racks for 30 minutes to an hour. Then perfect. Boom. Bread.
