  2. handfulCoriander leaves
  3. To tasteSalt
  4. as requiredChat Masala
  5. for fryingRefined Oil
  6. 1-2 Green Chillies
  7. 1 bowlBesan
  8. 1 tspcumin seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Mash Potato add salt,chat masala, cumin seeds make flat cutlets and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Take besan add water and make semi-thick batter now dip the chops in besan and deep fry it. Serve it with Green Chutney.
