Ingredients

  • 80ग्राम- देशी घी
  • 80ग्राम- बेसन
  • 80ग्राम- पिसी हुई चीनी
  • 60ग्राम - मैदा
  • 2चम्मच - सूजी
  • थोड़ा सा - दूध

Steps

  1. 1

    सबसे पहले घी में पिसी हुई चीनी मिला लें। अपनी उंगलियों की मदद से 5-7 मिनट तक मिलाए।

  2. 2

    जब यह मिश्रण क्रीमी हो जाये तब इसमें बेसन, मैदा, सूजी भी मिला लीजिये।

  3. 3

    सबको एक साथ हल्के हाथ से आटे की तरह गूँथ लीजिये।

  4. 4

    अब इस आटे से 14-15 छोटी लोई बना लीजिये और हथेलियों की मदद से आकार दीजिये।

  5. 5

    अब चाकू से हलका सा + का निशान बना दीजिए। उस पर ब्रश से दूध लगाये।

  6. 6

    अब एक पहले से ही गरम ओवन में 180* पर 25-30 मिनट तक सेंक लीजिये। सिकने के बाद थोड़ा ठंडा होने दीजिए।

  7. 7

    नोट - बनने के बाद इन्हें एयर टाइट डिब्बे में बंद करके ही रखें। आप चाहें तो इसमें काजू भी डाल सकते हैं और ऊपर खरबूजे की गिरी भी लगा सकते हैं।
