Spicy sausage queso dip
who doesn't like sausage and cheese?
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Throw everything into a crockpot on low for 3-4 hours until cheese is melted
- 2
Or maybe put into a large pot on low heat, until the cheese melts
- 3
I used bacon Ritz crackers, for dipping, tostitos are also great.
- 4
Just a suggestion, bacon, sausage, cheese YUM
- 5
Enjoy with a nice blue moon, extra slices of orange.
- 6
Suggestions, if it is too thick, I added 2% milk 1/2 cup
- 7
Sorry about the picture, all the crackers were eaten, doritos all that was left

Mike's Southwestern Queso Dip Mike's Southwestern Queso Dip
Super easy and super cheesy! Perfect for game day! Especially alongside homemade thick assed salty, crispy flour tortilla chips. Also, ice cold Mexican beers in frosty mugs! Please excuse the photo bombs by my wife Tammie. She just gets SO stupid excited when I make this dip for her and her friends for the weekend games.Granted, she's a dork. But know this - she's MY dork! ;0) Tho I must admit, I do LOVE making that sweet little baby girl smile every time!Anyway, feel free to add fried and fully drained ground beef and hot sauce to this dip for extra flavor and protein! Your favorite chili goes great with this as well! I promise you, it's freaking delicious! Fresh pretzels work great with this dip as well! MMOBRIEN -
Mike's Southwestern Chili Con Queso Dip Mike's Southwestern Chili Con Queso Dip
My youngest seven year old student decided she wanted to make a special dish for her daddy and his friends for the Saints/Patriots exhibition game. This is the hot appetizer she finally decided upon. Her dip was absolutely cheesy, creamy, flavorful, spicy, thick and beyond delicious! Talk about an authentic taste of our US Route 66! Excellent work sweet baby girl! Without a doubt, your dip was adored by all! The boys couldn't get enough of it - as evidenced by the lack of any leftovers!Feel free to add to her forgiving recipe as you choose to. For instance, sweet kernel corn, shreaded rotisserie chicken or hamburger are all great culinary additions.Know this recipe, all photos and directions were submitted and posted solely by Chloés crazy adventourous imagination. And of course, her sticky little cheesy fingers!Serve piping hot dip with warm, salty, sturdy tortilla chips and ice cold Mexican beer to the side. Enjoy! MMOBRIEN -
