Ingredients

  • 2bowlWashed and drained poha
  • 3-4 tspbesan(gram flour)
  • Pinchjeera (cumin seeds)
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder
  • 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • as needed little drops of water
  • as neededOil for frying

    Make a smooth medium mixture with poha,besan and dry masalas.
