Boil the milk and make it 2.5 litre

Start taking out sarr or malayi from upside.It should be on medium heat and continuous cool the upside with a hand fan

When it become 750 ml add the condensed milk and cardamom powder 1/2 tsp cardamom

Now take out the fat malai also and make the milk 400 ml approx...it will now like kheer

Keep it on a nice bowl...cut all the malai or saar on it..mix it well and garnish it with almond and pista
