Ingredients

  • 1 cupSuji
  • 1 cupSugar
  • As requiredWhole garam masala
  • 50 gramsDesi ghee
  • 1 and 1/2 cupMilk/water
  • Few Saffron strands soaked in milk
  • For garnishingRaisins and almonds

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry roast suji until it turns aromatic.Add ghee in a pan add whole garam masala and let it crackle.

  2. 2

    Add suji then add milk/water and let it cook.Then add sugar and saffron milk.

  3. 3

    Once it leaves the pan it's done.Serve hot.

  4. 4

    Add suji into the ghee and stir.
