In a bowl add sago (Sabudana) soaked overnight, samo(varai), salt, chopped green chilli, curd, water and grind to a smooth paste

Heat non stick pan on medium flame and apply oil on the pan

Pour laddle full of batter on the center of the pan spread it evenly in circular motion

Cook from both sides

Varai dosa is ready
- 6
Serve with coconut chutney
