A twist to traditional jalebi.. My instant jowar jalebi is as tasty and crispy as traditional jalebi.
Steps

In a bowl mix maida and jowar flour. Add curd and mix it nicely.

Add water as required to make thick batter. Add ghee to it.

Mix it nicely. Add eno or baking soda. Mix by moving in one direction only. This will create air and make it light. Rest it for 10-15 minutes.

In a pan take 1 cup sugar and 1/4 cup water. Cook till one line syrup is done.

Fill the batter in ketchup bottle and make jalebi In hot oil/ghee. Fry it on both sides.

Soak in syrup.

Crispy tasty jowar jalebi is ready to serve. Serve it with rabdi.
