Soak daal for 3 hours after that grind it with salt and water and take out in a bowl beat well with hands.make small ball size pkodi keep aside..do not fry it's pkodi

Make buttermilk with 1 cup sour curd and 6 cup water.heat a pan add buttermilk along with 1/2 cup grinded daal, salt and crushed chilli when it start to boil then place pkodi in it.continue stirring it.
