Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupHostess maize flour
  2. leavesMchicha
  3. 2 cupswater
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1medium onion
  6. Cooking oil

Steps

    Boil water

  2. 2

    Add maize flour gradually and stir

  3. 3

    Cook for like 10 mins then put aside

  4. 4

    Fry onions to be golden brown

  5. 5

    Add your mchicha and salt to taste

  6. 6

    Cook till is ready

  7. 7

    Serve
