500 gmPotato thinly sliced
1 tspred chilli Powder
1/2 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Wash the Potatoes well till clear water attain

Now soak this intaha chilled water for 20 minutes

Drain out the water and dry it
4

Add salt,sugar,red chilli Powder and turmeric powder into it and mix well
5

Heat oil and fry batch by batch
6

Serve it with main course
