Wash the bindi and wipe each one nicely.cut into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan add the bhindi and fry for 6-8 mint untill slightly crisp.

Remove the bhindi in a plate.add the remaining oil in the pan.

Add the cumin seeds and left them crackle for a few sec.mow add onion and fry untill they turn pinkish in clr

Add ginger garlic tomato fry 3-4 mint.

Now add bhindi coriander powder and salt.cover the pan and cook for 8-10 mint low heat.remove the cover and increase the heat high heat.

Add the mango powde and fry few mint.

Serve hot with roti.
