Steps

Peel pumpkin, cut into small pieces and steam these pieces for 15-20 min. cool, mash and make puree

Take a bowl add yeast, 1tbs sugar and pour approx 45 g Lukewarm water keep aside for activation of yeast

Now take a bowl add flour, 30g sugar activated yeast and soften butter stir and pumpkin puree mix it roughly till it combine, make a dough,

Put it on the counter knead it 3-5 min. Until the dough getting smooth and soft

Oil the clean bowl,set the dough, cover it with kitchen towel keep it in warm place for 40 min. Or till double in size

After 40 min.,flour the surface and knead for 3-4 min. to make more soft and smooth

Make a roll from it divide in three portions, make balls, take 1portion again roll it divide into 5 portions, do same from other 2 portions now we have total 15 balls

Flour the surface, roll 5 balls from the rolling pin make round chapati,assemble these chapati add shown in the pictures

Roll gently and cut them in to two pieces we make 6 buns out of it

Now rose buns are ready for steaming arrange these buns in a steamer and steam for 15-20 min.

Here comes my touch make a whole at the bottom of the bun fill it with melted chocolate cover it and serve it, enjoy hot and cold as you wish
