Ingredients

  1. 250 gmpaneer
  2. 2onion
  3. 6garlic cloves
  4. pieceGinger small
  5. 2tomato
  6. 10-12cashew paste
  7. as per tasteRed chilli
  8. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  9. 2 tbspCoriander powder
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1 tspGaram masala
  12. as neededButter
  13. as neeedCream
  14. Coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Grind the onion garlic and ginger in a smooth paste

  2. 2

    Heat the butter in a pan and add paste fry it till golden brown

  3. 3

    Add tomato puree and cashew paste simmer it and all dry powders

  4. 4

    Add 1 cup water and heat it 8-10 minutes now on low flame

  5. 5

    Now add cream and paneer cook till paneer is soft

  6. 6

    Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot
