Pre-heat the oven at 375°. Grease your preferred tin and set it aside.

In a large bowl, mix: eggs, orange juice, butter (melted), baking powder,baking soda, sugar and vanilla essence. Mix well until smooth.

Add in sieved floor as you fold in well until all the flour is in.

Add milk in bits as you continue to fold until you get a smooth fine paste.

Add in the orange zest and fold just a little bit.

Pour it in the greased tin and bake it for 50-55 minutes at 200°

When ready confirm with a clean dry knife if all parts are well baked...

Let it cool then it is ready to be served
