3 servings

1 cupQuinoa (soaked)
1onion chopped
1green chilli chopped
1 tspolive oil
1 tsplemon juice
as neededboiled peas
as neededroasted Cashewnuts
as neededCurry leaves
as neededLemon wedges
to taste red chilli powder
to tasteSalt

Boil quinoa in water until cooked

Heat oil in a wok, add chopped onions and green chilies and saute.

Add salt, red chilli powder and quinoa, mix properly.

Add lemon juice and serve hot garnished with peas, cashewnuts and curry leaves.
