Steps

Boil couscous in water

Add half spoon of salt

Now add ginger and onion in it

Add minced garlic and chilli

Beat an egg and mix

Add salt and pepper

Lastly add cornflour and mix all of them

Heat tawa and make small fritters

Cook from both side with oil
