Put oil in a sufuria and once heated,pour in the onions

Sauté until slightly browned. Add tomatoes stir to make a paste and allow to cook for 5 mins

Add all vegetables including potatoes and cover for 3 mins

Add some water(just enough to cover the vegies)and allow to boil

Add another 4 cups of water and bring to boil

Add in the maize flour a little at a time.

Keep kneading with a mwiko until cooked to desired consistency

Serve with beef stew and greens
