A break from the usual Beef and chicken biriani ... Try seafood! :-)
Steps

Marinate the fish in lemon juice, salt, ginger garlic paste.

Fry the above fish for 2-3 mins on each side so that it holds its shape when making the stew.

Caramelize the onions and deep fry/ half fry the potatoes (rem to color the potatoes)and set aside.

Heat up oil in a pot and fry the whole spices till they splutter.

Add in your ginger garlic paste, mix well.

In goes your blended/chopped tomatoes - give it a good mix, then add tomato paste and let it simmer for few mins.

Then add your yoghurt, mix it well and let it cook till you see oil on the sides of the sufuria/ on top.

Add in your fish and mix it well in the masala, let it cook for about 15mins.

Lastly, squeeze in lemon juice.
