Add 1 tsp ghee in a pan. Add grated apple in it

Stir and cook for a minute. Add milk and bring it to boil over medium flame

Add cherries and sugar

Stir and continue to cook until kheer turns thick

Switch off when the kheer reaches desired consistency

Transfer it to the serving bowl Garinsh it with apple slices and cherries

Apple kheer is ready
