Into a pan, add oil, salt and onion. Cook to golden brown

Add the chopped tomato and cook till it's tender

Add the chucks and mix them well. Add some water and cover the pan. Cook for 10 minutes till the chucks get tender. Its ready.

Serve with your favourite accompaniment.
