200 Gbutter
2& 1/2 cups icing sugar
2 tspvanilla essence
2 tbspmilk

Measure butter put it in a bowl and beat it on low speed with your mixer using paddle or whisk attachment for one minute then on high for 3 minutes

Sift in the icing sugar beat on low speed for 1 minute then on high for 4 minutes while adding the milk and vanilla
