Take a blender and mix coriander,paparika,jumbo,

Let the chicken boil for like 3 to 5 min, you may boil or fry

Chop the potatoes into pieces of your choice but dont make it tinny, add food colour then fry then, chop onions and fry them till brown in colour

Take a sufuria or pan add chopped onion that is 1 onion, like 3 to 4 spoons of oil, then mashed ginger, garlic, black and stir for 2 to 3 minutes, add the blended ingredients, after 3 to 5 minutes add tomato paste, it needs to be a lot since after adding all ingredients the colour slightly fades away, after 2 to 3 minutes add mala but not much like 3/4, leave it for 5 minutes let the stew seem to be thick, add chicken let it cook for 5 to 6 minutes till you feel your stew is heavy and the....

Chicken is well cooked, lastly add your fried onions and stir, if cooking with gass, have it low heat and wait for 3 to 5 minute. The moment you get a thick stew it's ready.
