Steps

Marinate the fish with tumeric powder,salt, garlic paste, lemon juice, black pepper powder, masala, for 30 min

Place the marinated fish on a wire mesh

Place the wire mesh on a jiko
- 4
Heat the fish at low heat
- 5
Brush the fish with some cooking oil on both sides
- 6
When one side is well cooked turn it the other side until it's become dry and no water bubble comes out then the fish is well cooked.

The fish is ready it can be served with rice or Ugali..
