Clean the cauliflower and cut out florets into medium size and blanch it in salt water

Boil the potatoes and mash them. Roast all the whole masalas listed in the ingredients into a fine powder and mix it into the potato with some salt and coriander leaves

Take a bowl and add Besan, cooking soda, water and all the powder masalas along with some salt and mix well

Heat some oil in a pan.Take the cauliflower florets and add mashed potatoes on all it's sides. Dip it in the Besan mix and deep fry it

Remove the fried pieces into a tissue paper to soak out the extra oil. Serve it hot as a snacks item or as fries over lunch
