Wash your liver, skin it and cut into cubes

Put c.oil in a pan and fry until golden brown

Add onions and continue stiring until they turn golden.

Add in your tomatoes, garlic and hoho and stir until they are well cooked.

Add Royce cubes (optional) and summer for 3 minutes.

Serve with ugali, rice or fries and enjoy!
