Ingredients

  1. 250 gmfresh paneer
  2. 250 gmmatar
  3. 2tomatoes chopped
  4. 2onion finely chopped
  5. 1/4 tspturmeric
  6. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  7. 1/4 tspcoriander powder
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1 tsppaneer masala
  10. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  11. 1 tbspoil
  12. 1/4cumin seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly,heat a oil in kadai and add cumin seeds.Once cumin seeds will flutter add ginger garlic paste and chopped onions and saute till golden brown.After that add all masalas (turmeric,red chilli, coriander powder,paneer masala,salt) mix them well and cover the lid for few seconds,so that masala's will give their frangrance in recipe.

    Now add chopped tomatoes and stir well.Now add lightly boiled matar in it and mix them properly into it.Cover the lid and add 1 cup water for thick gravy.

    After 5 mins now uncover the lid and check the recipe if all goes well then add paneer cubes and mix them well.Serve hot with roti.
