Ingredients

  • 1 cupbesan
  • 4 spoonrice flour
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 pinchasafoetida and soda
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 cupchopped cabbage, Onion, carrot
  • 1chopped green chilli
  • 1sliced potatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    First make slurry by adding besan and rice flour,cumin and asafoetida and soda

    Heat oil in pan Now add slices of potatoes in slurry and make fritters

    Then add chopped veggies and make fritters

    Serve hot with coriander chutney and ketchup...
