Steps

Add 2 tbsp hot water & 1 tbsp ghee in gram flour. mix together & keep aside for 10 minutes.

Pour ghee in a heavy bootam pan. Put gramflour mixture in it. Now Roste till golden brown.

Now mix sugar,colour,water & saffron & make sugar syrup.

Add sugar syrup in rosted gram flour. Add cardamom.switch off the flame & mix for 2 minutes.

Put mixture in greased plate & cover with silver leaves & pistachio.wait for 1 hour. Now barfi is ready.cut into square shape & keep in air tight container.
