Steps
- 1
First, soak the couscous in warm water. Add just enough water to cover the couscous by about 1/2 inch (1 cm).
- 2
Prepare and wash the vegetables, then roughly chop the tomatoes, cucumbers, green onions, lettuce, and parsley.
- 3
Once the couscous has absorbed the water, add the black pepper and red pepper, and mix well.
- 4
Add the chopped vegetables to the couscous and mix everything together.
- 5
Cut the feta cheese into cubes and add it to the salad. Season with salt, lemon juice, and olive oil. Toss well and serve.
- 6
This salad is delicious—give it a try! Sometimes I make it for dinner; it's very nutritious, filling, and easy to digest. Enjoy! 🥗
