Ingredients

  • 1 kgall purpose flour
  • I tbsp cardamom
  • 1/4sugar
  • 2-3 tspyeast
  • 3 cupsfrying oil
  • 1 1/2 cupwarm milk
  • 3 tbspmargarine
  • 1egg

    In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients. Sugar, margarine, cardamom,yeast

    Mix well and then add the egg,mix and then add milk slowly as you kneed.

    Kneed for 6 mins until the dough is soft.

    Let it sit for 30mins until it raises.

    Make a few balls from the doughc

    Cut them into your desired shapes. Zangu haziko poa will work on shaping them next time.

    In a pan pour the oil then wacha mafuta yachemke for about 10mins. Then Deep fry

    Fry for 2 mins and then turn. Let them turn from. Fry for 2 mins the other side then remove from oil.
