  • 500 gmGrated bottle gourd
  • 3 tbspClarified butter
  • 200 gmsMawa/whole dried milk
  • 4 tbspSugar
  • 1 cupDry fruits
  • 1 tspCardamom powder

  1. 1

    Heat clarified butter in a pan.

    Add grated bottle gourd and stir continuously until water absorb it.

    Add grated mawa and mix well.

  4. 4

    Add sugar and dry fruits and mix well.

  5. 5

    When sugar melts and oil leaves the pan turn off the flame.

  6. 6

    Add cardamom powder and mix well.

  7. 7

    Garnish with almonds
