Ingredients

  • 1/2 bowlsuji
  • 1/2 bowlbesan
  • Desi ghee
  • Sugar (to taste)
  • 4 bowlwater
  • Almond for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan and add suji and besan.

  2. 2

    Cook untill it get brown..

  3. 3

    Add water in it.and stir well

  4. 4

    Add sugar and cook 2-3 minutes

  5. 5

    Halwa is ready and garnish with almond.
