Wash and cut the bhindi.

Heat oil in a wok add bhindi and deep fry till golden in colour.

Heat oil in a wok add onion paste and saute it.

Now add tomato puree and spices and saute till leave the oil.

Add fried bhindi and kasuri methi mix well.

Now add curd and mix well.

Serve with roti.
