200 gSpaghetti
Fresh tomatoes (blended)
Fresh pepper (crushed)
Curry & Thyme
cubesKnorr seasoning
Salt
Sausages
Dry fish

Steps

Place a pot of water on heat to boil, add spaghetti, allow to parboil for 2mins, drain out and rinse under running tap

Place a frying pan of oil on heat, stir fry sausages, next dry fish remove and set aside, add in chopped onions,blended tomatoes and pepper allow to fry for a bit

Add in spices, salt & seasoning into tomato mix, mix in spaghetti and dry fish,cover & allow to simmer until the water dries up

Viola food is ready
