Peel and wash your yam and set aside in a pot. Then put on fire to cook, remove the water once soft and put in a warmer to retain hotness

Slice your fresh tomatoes, pepper and onions

Put small oil on fire once it's hot, you pour your diced onions, pepper and tomatoes. Add salt, Maggi to taste, break and beat your egg and add to the tomatoes once it's water have dried up a bit, cover the frying pan for some minutes to allow the egg breath, then attire and allow to simar for 10 seconds. Food is ready, serve with any drink of your choice.
