Peel the onion & cube it, place in the pan.

Add the washed pork cook it till the pan turns brown on medium heat with minimal water.

Peel the potatoes,wash & cut them into halves then quarters.

Heat the oil in the frying pan & cook the potatoes till they are crispy.

Wash the tomatoes and as garnish.
