Gbomo(ganda) sauce to go with rice and yam

Cooking Instructions

Wash thoroughly the gbomo(ganda) and boil for 10-15mins.

Grate pepper, onion ginger and garlic.pound crayfish and keep all aside

In a pan add oil slice onions and pour in the pan,follow by pepper, crayfish ginger and garlic.
Mix all together and give it 1min to cook. - 4
Wash the gbomo again after u have boiled it,wash thoroughly and dice it cube or any shape u want.

Add to the pan and stir it well to mix with the pepper. season it wit salt and seasoning cube stir and cover for 5mins to cook.
Off the flame after 5mins. - 6
And walah...! u have ur gmobo sauce to go with rice and yam.
